Description :
  • Manage relationships with suppliers;
  • Ensure communication between C&A management, services, procurement and the supplier;
  • Create a governance model and define supplier reports, communicate and follow up in accordance with the governance model;
  • Plan resources and ensure integration;
  • Monitor supplier performance;
  • Maintain and monitor operational processes;
  • Track supplier costs and financial reports;
  • Lead the transition and transformation of operations;
  • Review supplier competency level in each delivery area and follow up on gap analysis, cross competency and competency plan;
  • Manage and monitor suppliers to ensure that they comply with security rules and requirements and that they meet Ericsson's expectations with respect to the requirements of our Code of Conduct;
  • Ensure the harmonization of deliveries with the activities of the company;
  • Specify the roles and responsibilities of suppliers based on the existing contract;
  • Review supplier integration into Ericsson “ways of working” and company-defined security requirements in accordance with Ericsson IT and security policies and guidelines;
  • Define, communicate and decide on the means to implement the necessary improvements to the relationship;
  • Contribute to supplier risk assessment to understand Ericsson risk exposure.
Requirements :
  • University degree or equivalent with proven experience in data management and analysis;
  • Excellent experience in people management;
  • Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure;
  • Structured and motivated leadership;
  • In-depth understanding of cloud services;
  • Good knowledge of computer security;
  • Understanding of data science and machine learning;
  • Knowledge of document management and revision control;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Soft/soft skills – effective negotiation, collaboration and conflict resolution;
  • Ability to tailor presentations to technical audiences and senior executives;
  • Connaissance IT IPCC (ITIL).
